Neil Mather Executive Chef - Food & Beverage Services Manager
Chef Neil Mather of Graffiti’s Italian Eatery and Saloon also caters to Holiday Inn & Suites. Neil began his career in Ottawa at the Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club under Swiss Chef Jurg Roth at the age of sixteen. He eventually moved on to work with Hilton International travelling to Edmonton AB., Nairobi, Kenya, and Nassau Bahamas where he was Executive Chef for the British Colonial Hilton Nassau. Neil graduated from Algonquin College attaining his Red Seal in 1990. After taking several other courses developing his knowledge and skills at Algonquin, CIA Napa Valley and Hilton University, he became an instructor for Algonquin College working with students and young aspiring Chefs in Ottawa. Neil’s passion is for classic cooking with a modern flare which comes through daily in the dishes at Graffiti’s which his team of young professionals take great care in preparing for all our guests.

Ron Robert - Graffiti's Assistant Restaurant Manager
Ron started his career in the service industry in 1984 as Host/ Maitre D at Pizzafiore restaurants in Montreal. He then moved on to a management position and stayed with Pizzafiore for five years. He continued to pursue his passion for the food and service with Red Lobster Restaurants where he worked at several locations throughout Quebec and Ontario. During the eleven years with Red Lobster, he had a chance to work in several management positions like Service/Sales manager, as well as Culinary Manager continuing to gain experience in all aspects of the restaurant. Ron continued to pursue his interest and went to work as manager at Tuckers’ Marketplace, in the Byward Market of Ottawa for a few years, where he gained very valuable experience in catering to the needs of large groups, high business level, and managing a large amount of employees. Ron joined the Graffiti’s team in 2000 as a Server, taking a temporary break from management, as he had an addition of twins to his family. This allowed him more time to help raising his twins. Later on he continued to pursue his love and dedication to management and became a leader at Graffitis Italian Eatery, bringing all of his knowledge and experience to the team.

Kanan Selliah is our Lead Steward. He's been with us since December of 2005 and has helped us to find success all the while finding his own personal success here in Ottawa. He started his family here and after getting married in 2009 he and his wife Malini welcomed Sanjana to the family in 2010!
