Graffiti's Italian Eatery Executive Chef Neil Mather was named the 2009 Ottawa Restaurant Association Chef of the Year. Neil Mather is a talented and dedicated chef who has worked across Canada and the world, including Edmonton, Toronto, the Bahamas and Kenya."He is known as an advocate for hiring and training students and has written and instructed apprentice training programs for, and is an instructor at Algonquin College.” Respected by his culinary team, students and colleagues, Neil's commitment to the future of his profession is evident by his involvement in the community and his active role in the chef association," judges said.
